By registering for an account on MetaShoot, a product owned by VINZI, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You will provide a valid email address and password to create your account. Your password will be encrypted and will not be accessible to VINZI.
• By registering for an account, you agree to receive promotional emails from VINZI and MetaShoot. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
• By registering for an account and using MetaShoot, you confirm that you have previously purchased the product.
• VINZI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and your continued use of MetaShoot constitutes acceptance of any changes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to indemnify and hold VINZI harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of MetaShoot, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the use of MetaShoot will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense or transfer the software or any portion thereof.
• You may not use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices on any copies of the software.
• If any of the components of MetaShoot is used in external applications or in game, they must show MetaShoot's branding and credit must be given.

Your use of the software is at your own risk. The software is provided "as is" and VINZI makes no warranty that the software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Password Protection Policy

• Your password will be encrypted and will not be accessible to VINZI or any other party.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You must not disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify VINZI immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• VINZI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this password protection policy.
• VINZI recommends that you use a strong and unique password for your account, and that you change your password regularly.
• VINZI will use industry standard security measures to protect your account and password, but cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

These terms and conditions, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by VINZI without restriction.
